Platform
Everything for AI phone sales – in one console.
From contact import to CRM entry: Fonce connects the AI agent with campaign control, live monitoring, quality assurance and your systems.
01 · Voice agent
An AI agent that listens before it speaks.
Natural phone conversations in German, Turkish and English: quick replies, short listening cues, an instant pause when interrupted – and consistently formal “Sie” in German.
- Voice and language per campaign
- Knowledge base and call script
- Handover to your team
Animated example: an AI agent holds a sales call, gives a listening cue, stops to listen the moment the customer interrupts, books an appointment and syncs it to the CRM.
- AI agent: Good afternoon, Ms Walker, this is the digital assistant at Sample Ltd. You sent us an enquiry – is now a good moment?
- Contact: Briefly, yes. But honestly, I’ve already been looking elsewhere…
- AI agent: Mm-hmm.
- Contact: …and I don’t have time for long meetings right now.
- AI agent: That makes sense. That’s why the consultation only takes twenty minutes and takes place
- Contact: Hang on – can it be done by phone?
- AI agent: Yes, by phone is fine. Would Thursday at 2:30 pm work?
- Contact: Thursday afternoon works.
- Appointment booked · Thu, 2:30 pm · Synced to CRM
Conversation flow
Calls that don’t feel like talking to a machine
The reply is prepared while the other person is still speaking. Listening cues like “mm-hmm” only come where they fit – never in the middle of a question, never during the goodbye.
- Reply prepared during the speaker’s pause
- Listening cues per voice, at the right moment
- Tells “yes, mm-hmm” (keep going) from “wait, no” (stop)
- Stops and listens the moment the customer cuts in
Languages & voices
Your language, your voice, your brand
Language, voice and opening line are set per campaign – to suit your audience and your brand.
German, Turkish, English
In German the agent always uses the formal “Sie”, and only says “Herr” or “Frau” when it knows the name.
A voice per campaign
Choose from several speech synthesis providers and voices – and hear them in test calls first.
Your own voice
If you like, a cloned voice – only with the documented consent of the person whose voice it is.
Openly an AI
The agent introduces itself as a digital assistant; you can add your own opening text per campaign.
Script & knowledge
It knows your offer – and your objections
Describe your offer, call script and common objections, and add a knowledge base. A new version only goes live once its test calls pass.
- Knowledge base from text, PDF, Word, CSV, HTML and web pages
- Test calls in the browser and against a simulated customer
- Publish agent versions and freeze them for running campaigns
- Voicemail detected: leave a short message or hang up
Handover
When a person is needed, it hands over
If the customer asks for a person or the lead is ready to close, the agent hands over to your team – cold, or with a short summary first. Your people take the call right in the console.
- Cold and warm handover
- Taken by signed-in team members in the browser
- A summary before your team takes over
- Push notification when a person is requested
02 · Campaigns & dialer
Who gets called, and when, is up to your rules.
Calling windows per German federal state with public holidays, retries per outcome, block list and opt-out, healthy phone numbers – and an AI receptionist for inbound calls.
- Holidays for all 16 German states
- Retry rules per outcome code
- Inbound with notes by email or Telegram
Calling hours
Public holidays for all 16 German states, built in
What counts is the contact’s state and local time – not where your team sits.
Windows per campaign
Weekdays and hours in the contact’s local time, with a buffer at the edges of each window.
Holidays per state
Holiday calendars for all 16 federal states are included – plus blackout and special days you define.
Turkey, too
Campaigns in Turkey follow Turkish public holidays, including the religious ones.
Retries
Every failed attempt has a rule
For every outcome – busy, no answer, voicemail, callback requested – you decide how often and at what intervals to dial again.
- Maximum attempts and intervals per outcome code
- Rotating times of day for better reach
- Move on to the contact’s next number
- After the last attempt: close, move, or a callback by a person
Protection & control
Block lists, numbers, pace
So your campaigns run cleanly – for the people you call and for your phone numbers.
Block list and opt-out
Anyone who doesn’t want to be called again goes on the block list. Fixed phrases in German, Turkish and English are always caught.
Consent required
If you wish, a campaign only dials contacts with documented consent.
Healthy numbers
Only your own verified numbers are shown, never anonymous. Daily caps per number; flagged numbers are rested automatically.
Pace and budget
Calls per minute, daily minute cap, budget with auto-pause, priority and maximum concurrent calls.
Inbound
Fonce answers incoming calls, too
The AI receptionist greets callers on your number, answers questions and takes messages – with its own greeting outside business hours. After each call you get a note.
- Business hours and a separate after-hours greeting
- A note after every call by email or Telegram
- Limit on concurrent calls per line
- Connected via SIP trunks, e.g. from Verimor or other SIP carriers
03 · Live monitoring
Every call, live – and you step in when it counts.
Active calls on one board, the transcript in real time, listen in, whisper an instruction to the agent or take over the call.
- Live board across all campaigns
- Listen in, whisper, take over
- Stop all calls with one click
Live board
All active calls at a glance
The live board shows which campaigns are calling, how far along they are and where a person has been requested. One click opens the call with its transcript.
- Live board across all campaigns
- Transcript in real time
- Notification when a person is requested
- Stop all calls with one click
Stepping in
Three ways to step in
Depending on the moment: listen, steer or speak yourself.
Listen in
Listen to an active call without disturbing the customer or the agent.
Whisper
Send the agent a short instruction, such as “offer Thursday for the appointment”. The customer notices nothing.
Take over
Take over the call yourself when it needs a human touch.
Permissions
You decide who may step in
Listening in, whispering and taking over are separate permissions. Every role gets exactly what it needs.
- Roles: owner, admin, supervisor, QA, member
- Custom roles and per-person permissions
- Sign-in with two-factor authentication
- Single sign-on via Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra
04 · Quality & analytics
Every call scored. Better every week.
Automatic QA scoring, results as a table, A/B tests of agent versions – and an AI team leader that reviews calls and proposes improvements for you to approve.
- Seven standard and up to ten custom criteria
- Export as CSV or Excel
- Proposals you approve
QA scoring
Scored against your criteria
Every call is transcribed and scored automatically – anything unusual goes to your team for review.
Seven standard criteria
Grounding, required and forbidden phrases, tool use, script, conversation flow and sentiment.
Up to ten custom criteria
Add what matters for your campaign – with a review threshold and alerts.
Transcripts and recordings
Recorded with consent; kept for 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, transcripts redacted after a period if you wish.
Learning from real calls
Your calls, uploaded recordings or transcripts become a playbook for the agent.
Results
Results you can use straight away
For each campaign you decide which data to capture. The agent fills the fields from the conversation and sets the outcome code – and flags anything it isn’t sure about.
- Results schema per campaign
- Outcome codes and custom data fields
- Confidence threshold for uncertain answers
- Export as CSV or Excel
AI team leader
A team leader that reviews calls every day
The AI team leader reviews a campaign’s calls daily and proposes concrete changes – to the brief, script, playbook or test scenarios. Only what a person approves is applied.
- Daily review per campaign
- Proposals for brief, script and playbook
- Your approval – nothing changes unasked
- Also available on Telegram
A/B tests
Compare versions instead of guessing
Test two or three agent versions against each other. Each contact stays with its version, and conversion is compared. Before publishing, test calls run against a simulated customer.
- Two to three weighted variants
- Each contact keeps the same variant
- Test suites with a simulated customer, in text and voice
- Publish only after the tests pass
05 · Integrations
Results land where your team already works.

- A message after a missed call
- Triggers per outcome code
- Opt-in and unsubscribe for messages
Webhooks & API

- 21 webhook event types
- REST API with OpenAPI documentation
- API keys stored only as hashes, IP allowlist
- Import from CSV and Excel with field mapping
How it works
Your first campaign in three steps
Set up contacts and rules
Upload your contact list with documented consent, then define calling hours, retries and block lists.
Configure and test the agent
Describe your offer, call script and common objections, choose a language and voice, and listen to test calls before you go live.
Launch and stay in control
The agent makes the calls, books appointments and hands interested contacts to your team. You follow calls live and see the results of every campaign.
FAQ
Questions about the platform
How quickly does the agent respond?
The reply is prepared during the customer’s pause, and if one language model is slow, a second one steps in. The best way to judge it is to hear it in the demo.
Which models are behind it?
Per campaign: a real-time speech model, or a chain of speech recognition, language model and speech synthesis with a fallback model. Several providers are available for the voice.
What happens with an answering machine?
The agent recognises the greeting and, depending on your settings, leaves a short message or hangs up. The campaign’s retry rule schedules the next attempt.
Can the agent speak with our own voice?
Yes, with a cloned voice – provided the speaker has consented. The consent is stored.
Are public holidays taken into account automatically?
Yes. Calendars for all 16 federal states are included, based on the contact’s state. You add your own blackout days in the campaign.
How do contacts get into a campaign?
By CSV or Excel import with field mapping and duplicate handling – or automatically through the REST API.
Which number do people see?
Only your own verified numbers; there are no anonymous calls. Daily caps and automatic rests keep the numbers healthy – switching numbers to dodge spam labels is explicitly not part of it.
Can Fonce take incoming calls?
Yes. As an AI receptionist, Fonce answers calls on your number, answers questions and forwards messages by email or Telegram.
Does the customer notice someone listening?
No. While you listen in or whisper, the call is unchanged for the customer. Only when you take over do they talk to you.
What exactly is “whispering”?
A short text instruction to the AI agent that it follows for the rest of the call – for example, to offer a particular time slot.
Can I stop all calls at once?
Yes. With the right permission, you stop all active calls with one click.
Are really all calls scored?
Yes, automatically. Calls below your threshold are flagged for manual review, with an alert if you like.
Does the AI team leader change the agent by itself?
No. It proposes changes and explains them; only what a person approves is applied.
How long are recordings kept?
30, 90, 180 or 365 days, or without limit – your choice. Transcripts can also be redacted after a period.
Our CRM isn’t on the list – now what?
With webhooks and the REST API you can connect practically any system. We’ll work out the right route for yours in the demo.
Are appointments entered straight into the calendar?
Yes. With Google Calendar or Cal.com, the agent checks free times and books the appointment during the call.
How are credentials protected?
Credentials for your systems are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and API keys only as hashes.
Hear for yourself how Fonce handles a call.
In a personal demo, we’ll show you the agent with a call script from your industry – and answer your questions about campaigns, integrations and data protection.
