Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France; the server is located in the EU (France). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

When you open the website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer), and your browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after [PLACEHOLDER: number] days.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

When you open fonce.ai without a language in the address, the start page reads your browser’s language setting to send you to the matching language version. This happens entirely in your browser; nothing is stored or sent to us.

Contacting us

When you submit the demo form, your details – name, company and work email address, plus phone number, industry, estimated call volume, languages and your message if you provide them – are sent over an encrypted connection to our platform at app.fonce.ai and stored there, in the EU, so that we can answer your request and, where applicable, arrange a demo. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
